With increasing tuition, students are finding alternative ways to pay for their education.
Cue Seeking Arrangement, a dating site that provides “mutually beneficial arrangements” — “sugar daddies” and “sugar mommies” who can assist with your financial security.
Recent figures released by the dating site indicate that in 2013, York beat out every other university in Canada for sign-ups, with 209 “sugar babies” registered up in 2013 alone.
York is followed closely by the University of Guelph with 194 registrants and Ryerson University with 176.
Seeking Arrangement matches students with sugar mommies and daddies, usually wealthier and older men and women.
