Wide selections of cheap, new and used books are being sold at Vanier College’s seventh annual book sale.
The sale, held until Nov. 19, features books donated by university students, professors and community members.
According to Diana Sargla, administrative assistant at the office of the master of Vanier College, the book sale is meant to give students the opportunity to purchase books they need for classes or would like to read for enjoyment.
It also assists students by developing new facilities for students, she added.
Most books will sell for $1 to $2, and the assortment includes a variety of genres, such as non-fiction, biographies, art and theatre books.
She added, proceeds from book sales are going toward renovations in Vanier College.
