Vegan Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs of tofu
- 16-oz can of cooked pumpkin pure?e
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp molasses
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup of oil
preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. use a food processor to blend the tofu until it is soft and smooth. take a bowl and mix the pumpkin pure?e with the tofu. add all other ingredients except the pie crust. Mix well until satisfied and empty the bowl into the pie crust. bake for one hour until the crust is nicely browned. Wait for the pumpkin pie to chill before serving.
